Tóm tắt những đóng góp mới của luận án:
- Luận án đã hệ thống hóa và làm sâu sắc hơn cơ sở lý luận về các yếu tố tổ chức quản lý và kết quả thực hiện dự án đầu tư xây dựng cơ sở hạ tầng giao thông đường bộ.
- Dựa trên cơ sở mô hình hành vi tổ chức của Stephen P. Robbins và Timothy A. Judge, luận án đã xây dựng mô hình nghiên cứu ảnh hưởng của các yếu tố tổ chức quản lý đến kết quả thực hiện dự án đầu tư xây dựng cơ sở hạ tầng giao thông đường bộ một cách khoa học và phù hợp với điều kiện tại Việt Nam.
- Luận án đã sử dụng các kỹ thuật phân tích định lượng để đánh giá mức độ ảnh hưởng của các yếu tố tổ chức quản lý đến kết quả thực hiện dự án đầu tư xây dựng cơ sở hạ tầng giao thông đường bộ tại Việt Nam;
- Luận án đưa ra khuyến nghị cho các bên liên quan đến hoạt động quản lý dự án nhằm cải thiện kết quả thực hiện dự án đầu tư xây dựng cơ sở hạ tầng giao thông đường bộ tại Việt Nam.

New contributions of the thesis
- The thesis systematizes and deepens the theoretical basis of the management organization factors and implementation results of road transport infrastructure construction investment projects.
- Based on the organizational behavior model by Stephen P. Robbins and Timothy A. Judge, the thesis develops a research model on the influence of the management organization factors on the results of implementation results of road transport infrastructure construction investment projects in a scientific manner and in consistence with the conditions in Vietnam.
- The thesis has used quantitative analysis techniques to evaluates the influence of management organization factors on implementation results of road transport infrastructure construction investment projects in Vietnam.
- The thesis gives recommendations to stakeholders related to the project implementation management to improve the implementation results of road transport infrastructure construction investment projects in Vietnam.
